Shipping Policy

For all orders placed via prepaid mode (Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card) shall be serviced to you on the shipping address with us.

Time frame to process an order
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of processing to your registered shipping address with us and the delivery of the order will be done within 3-10 days, depending upon the location. We make every effort to process your order as quick as possible. The shipments will be done through anyone below agencies:

  • DTDC
  • OVERNITE EXPRESS
  • GATI
  • SAFE EXPRESS

Non-Delivery of Package
Incorrect Shipping Address
We recommend validating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address.

Address Format
If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, most shipment partners might be unable to deliver your package. We will try to curb this problem prior to shipping by taking an alternate address from the customers. If the alternate address is not available the order shall not be processed and we will consider the order status as closed.

Order Tracking
Once your order is complete you will receive the Order Confirmation through email and SMS on your registered e-mail ID and phone numbers, respectively. Once it is processed you will again be intimated similarly through an email and SMS.

If you have purchased online while logged in, you will be able to track the shipment from your account dashboard. However, if you shop as a guest you will need to contact us at care@pawstro.com, mentioning your order details.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed.

Package Refused by Recipient
If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift. The order will be considered as closed.

Damage Issues
If you receive your product in a damaged condition, you are advised not to accept it. In case there is any other issue with the product and you accept it, please write the suitable remark in the POD (Proof Of Delivery) document. For more details please check the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
